We developed an interactive eLearning module to educate 90,000 city employees on Active Shooter protocols. The solution featured embedded video simulations and realistic scenarios to maximize engagement and knowledge retention regarding critical safety procedures.
We partnered with NYCEM to train Emergency Support Function Coordinators. The project involved designing an interactive eLearning module with simulated role-playing activities to ensure staff understood their responsibilities within the Emergency Operations Center.
Supporting the Citywide Equity and Inclusion initiative, we designed a mandated eLearning module for city employees titled "The Power of Inclusion LGBTQ." Originally launched in 2017 and subsequently updated, this course ensures a clear understanding of how to support the LGBTQIA+ workplace community.
To assist in disaster preparedness, we produced a specialized training video focusing on logistics staging areas. The content provided critical instruction for staff and agency personnel on the proper procedures for setting up, managing, and dismantling these areas during emergency situations.
We produced a 3-part video series to help individuals navigate agency services. Each 15-minute segment included custom animations and stock clips, and was translated into 8 languages to ensure maximum accessibility for New York's diverse aging population.
We developed comprehensive classroom training materials regarding child and adolescent needs assessments. Deliverables included presentation decks, facilitator guides, and participant guides designed specifically for the effective training of supervisors and caseworkers.
We executed a large-scale leadership training program targeting over 1,000 supervisors and managers. Delivered as a 2-day Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), this program has been running successfully for three years, covering essential managerial skills.
We developed a modular 3-hour eLearning course covering OHS regulations, hazard identification, and OSHA standards. Designed for flexibility, the course ensures agency compliance with the New York State Right-To-Know Law while educating staff on emergency procedures and ergonomics.
Supporting the Office of Community Mental Health (OCMH), we conducted a strategic gap analysis to identify barriers to care for New Yorkers. Our work included extensive research and stakeholder interviews to produce a mandated report for the Mayor and City Council.
